UNPACU activist detained when heading to El Cobre

Mileydis Maceo Quiñonez, an activist from the Cuban Patriotic Union (UNPACU), was heading to the Basilica Santuario del Cobre where she wanted to participate in an event organized by UNPACU Todos Marchamos. When she was already in the car together with other activists, she was detained by secret police officers and taken out from the vehicle. Then she was put in another car where she had to wait for three hours. After that she was driven outside the city so she could not get to El Cobre.
