Police detain Ernesto Arocha Carta to prevent him from attending a vigil for political prisoners.



Ernesto Arocha Carta was detained and beaten by State Security and National Police officers, to prevent him from participating in a vigil held monthly on the 13th at the headquarters of the Commission for Assistance to political prisoners and their families.
