Jesús Reinaldo Rodríguez Peláez together with other three opponents were forced to get off the bus and arrested by the members of repressive forces in Sagua la Grande.
The activists were hand-cuffed and loaded in the car of Revolutionary national police. They were transported to different parts of the town and than dropped off close to their homes threatening them with imprisonment if they intended to visit Santos again.
