Freedom of transit violated in Alta Habana, Cuba.

A Cuban citizen was walking through the Alta Habana village, where the DTI, together with the Police, were conducting an operation, and stopped him and asked about his documents. As they saw that he lived in Oriente, they detained him and brought him to the Police of Alta Habana. From there he was deported after seven days back to his province in Guantánamo, where he was presented to the sector boss, who fined him with 500 pesos.
